Key Account Manager (Dyson)

  • Develop a thorough understanding of strategic key account’s needs, priorities and operations.

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all Dyson machines and categories available in Malaysia, along with the different USPs and target audiences.
  • Oversee social media content calendar planning (paid and organic), ensuring content alignment with tactical monthly promotions and ATL branding campaign storylines, as well as sufficient adherence to Dyson social media and digital branding guidelines.
  • Plan and manage annual budget allocation across digital media channels (social, EDM, SMS, Lazada/Shopee/Zalora, and other external partners).
  • Guide, train, and mentor junior executives (Digital Marketing & Graphic Design), especially in copywriting and analytics.
  • Track and monitor the performance of social media content (paid & organic) daily, gaining insights and assessing against goals, making changes to creatives/budgets where necessary to optimise performance.
  • Lead the production of 1 livestream per quarter, in alignment with sales objectives – from scriptwriting, thematic/tactical angle, liaising with production agency, obtaining approval from Regional creative teams, guiding talents on set, working closely with the PR/Comms team to secure the appropriate KOLs and filming location(s).
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce team to execute marketplace (e.g. Lazada/Shopee) sponsored ad campaigns (usually 1 mega campaign monthly along with smaller campaigns), monitoring ad performance closely and making adjustments as needed (up to an hourly basis if needed) throughout Teaser and D-day phases.
  • Monitor e-commerce traffic dashboards (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio), identifying trends and deriving actionable insights.
  • Seek out, develop, and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g. payment partners, external collaborators), negotiating win-win digital marketing collaborations on a quarterly basis at minimum.
  • Work closely with team members to prepare weekly/monthly performance report on all social media content postings and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in cross-departmental discussions (e.g. including but not limited to Physical Retail store teams in different states across Malaysia, 3rd-party retailer Key Account Managers, Offline Marketing) to identify trends/insights and brainstorm new and creative digital marketing activities/campaigns to meet business goals

 

E-Commerce Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the growth of Bruno in the e-commerce business channels by enhancing customer experience, technology, and infrastructure planning & development.
  • Generating key commercial insights and managing relationships with respective business partners.
  • Create and update content marketing for websites, such as products, promotions and etc. and maintain activity/interaction on the platform.
  • Constant monitoring and analyse data for business health insights for reporting and business growth.
  • Monitor relevant competitor campaigns, infringements, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties on conversation rate optimization exercises, including diagnosing, testing, implementing, and optimizing page/site UX journeys and making necessary enhancements.
  • Identify potential partnerships for banks, payment gateway, and installment options to drive sales and affordability.

 

Retail Project Executive (Dyson)

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage visual merchandising skills to showcase brand, category and products in Dyson retail spaces.
  • Secure the best real estate to ensure maximum Dyson brand exposure.
  • Execute new stores setups and reinventions maximizing given floor plans.
  • Develop relationships with stores management, sales personnel, merchandising team; and Dyson key account managers and Dyson Principal.
  • Complete all projects per Management/Principal/Landlord’s specifications within the given timeframe.
  • Monitor, manage and report on retail project progress, costs and development with succinctness.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors’ new product placements, visual/fixture presentations, marketing strategies and customers’ needs.
  • Committed to deliver retail projects off normal working hours; including overnight installations.

Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop social media content plans that are consistent with BRUNO brand identity
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns

Junior Account Executive

Responsibilities:
  • To perform accounts receivables & credit control role
  • Issuance of credit note & debit note
  • Ensure collection from customers are up to date in the system
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Issuing statement of accounts to customer on monthly basis or as and when required.
  • Communicate with clients or related department on collection of payments through emails and phone calls.
