What You Can Be Expected To Do:

  • Perform Service and Repair of Dyson products.
  • To communicate with customers when required as part of service requirement.
  • Control and usage of PRONTO (ERP & CRM software).
  • Control and usage of inventory.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports.
  • To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
  • To adhere to company policy including and not limited to procedures, social compliance, and business integrity policy.

What This Role Will Require:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field. 
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Proven service experience 
• Good command of English 
• Ability to work flexible shifts when required and to adapt to changing work schedule
