Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of Dyson technology.
- Engage with customers to answer product inquiries, guide them through purchases, and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage inventory levels and contribute to the overall performance and success of the store.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail or electrical appliance sales is added advantage. Candidate with experience in Lifestyle Tech is welcome to apply.
- Customer service oriented and sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and a team player with a can-do spirit.
- Fluent in Mandarin is added advantage because the role requires to interact with Mandarin speaking customers.
